Patience

Waiting is another name for time.

Patience was the first idea after

Creation. All ideas can be wholly

Discovered in the mind that knows

Spirit is a mixture of earth

And what is grown. Life becomes

Wrapped in a shell to protect

What may be before a response

And ahead of what comes after.

The spring sets to share summer

Peace, joy, and rest in promise

That everything is as it should

Be. Persevering life is not meager

In any meaningful and measured way.
